We aim to ship within 24 hours of your payment, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Please allow 2-3 days for first class and 4-5 days for second. International orders can take up to 14 days. If you item hasn't arrived within this time frame please contact your local sorting office as your item may be awaiting collection. The postman may not have left a calling card. If not there or with neighbours please contact us after 7 days and we will do our best to assist you. We offer a no quibble 14 day returns policy.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us no later than 7 working days after receiving your order. The item must then be returned within 14 days after the date of receipt. Please return items to the address on the invoice, including the item number, your user name and address. All items must be returned in the unused state they are sent to you, with any labels still attached and all packaging included and not damaged (ie header cards not folded). The cost of returning the goods is at the buyers expense (unless we have made a mistake)and they must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them. Once the returned item has been received and checked we will then issue a refund. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Due to personal hygiene opened teeth, facial hair, wigs, worn underwear and hair accessories cannot be returned.
