You need to settle your invoice within 7 days of commiting to buy. Unpaid items will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

Faulty Goods All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications and we will arrange a collection or send you shipping labels.

Non-Faulty Goods We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. If returning non faulty products for a refund a 10% restocking fee will apply. Items being returned to us must be carriage paid, in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. Any additional P&P or carriage on non faulty exchange/replacement items may be chargeable.

Returns for Refund If you are returning an item that was faulty or damaged, please ensure you have completed the returns sheet on the back of your invoice/packing slip indicating the reason for return within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Your refund will be for the original purchase price and will exclude shipping costs which in all cases on non-refundable. Refunds will be processed using the same method as the payment was made. In all instances please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
