About us – We make our tutus here at the little dressing up box in the UK, and are made to our own designs.  We also stock fancy dress costumes, lingerie and accessories for dressing up.

Payment - We currently accept payment by pay pal, bank transfer, personal cheque and postal orders. Cleared payment is required before we can post your items.

Despatch - In most cases we ship within 1 or 2 working days provided cleared payment is received.

Postage – We offer 1st class, 2nd class and special delivery (prices vary), please choose your preferred post option when ordering; all items will need a signature on delivery.

Any paid orders received after 12 noon on a Friday (Or a Thursday if it’s a bank holiday Friday) and over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. If it’s a bank holiday Monday your item/items will be posted the first working day after the bank holiday.

Delivery Times – 1st Class can arrive the next day but we have known it take up to 2 weeks.

2nd class is usually around 5 days but we have known it take up to 3 weeks.

Special delivery is delivered the day after we post it usually anytime before 1pm and is a guaranteed service (by the royal mail) this is not an overnight service and it is tracked on the royal mail track and trace website please contact us if you would like your tracking number.

Failed delivery items, if you are not available to sign for your item when the royal mail delivers it, they will put a card through your letter box giving you details of how either rearrange delivery or collection details.

Returns & Terms and Conditions - Our returns policy is simple; if you are not happy with your buy it now item please contact us before leaving feedback. 

Auction items are not returnable.

To return an item - Please complete a return request through eBay’s resolution centre within 7days from the day after receipt of your item.  Once the return is accepted please ensure your item is received by us within 5 days from the date the return is accepted, we recommend you use a signed for service. 

Items excluded from return policy underwear, leg wear and all in one type costumes, items which have been worn, washed or smell of scents. Postage is not refundable.  Auction won items.
