Payment: I prefer PayPal but will accept cheque / Postal Order.

Please note however, that if you pay by cheque, it may take 7 - 10 working days to clear and items will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. I am flexible if you communicate with me but I expect buyers to pay for items within 48 hours of the end of the auction – or at the least, to have gone through the check out process so I know your intentions regarding payment. 

Shipping: I will make every effort to dispatch the items within 24 hours of cleared payment. The maximum amount of time would be 48 hours. I reduce my shipping costs accordingly should you purchase more than one item from me.

I will always send items by recorded delivery so please be aware that the postage costs reflect this.

International Shipping: I am happy to confirm the postage costs prior to you placing a bid. Simply email me via the link.

Returns: I do accept returns. If you find the items to be faulty in any way or not accurately depicted in the auction please notify me within 24 hours of receipt of your intention to return the item and I’ll do everything in my power to assist you.

You must then ship the items back to me within another 24 hours in their original condition.

I will not refund postage unless I have been at fault and you are responsible for return postage.

We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 3 working days from the day the item is received by us.

I will exchange items at your request but will deduct a 20% restocking fee as well as the additional postage costs.
