All fancy dress items are brand new and direct from the manufacturer. All are in a press-stud fastened carry bag. No fancy dress items are taken out and checked unless requested. If you would like us to check the item for any faults before despatch, we are happy to do this for you, please let us know at the time of purchase.

Returns must be sent back exactly how it was received in its own box within 7 days, postage will not be refunded as you have still paid for, and received a service from either Royal Mail or courier. For unreceived items, please contact me after 14 days and after checking with your local sorting office first (they do not always leave a calling card). For damaged or unwanted items, please notify me as soon as possible.
