Fairy Tinkerbelle Tutu/Skirt has 6 pointy layers of  DRESS NET

 Six alternate layers dress net, 2x Neon Green, 2x Kelly Green and 2x White.  White elastic waistband and Green and White detachable bow with mini silver bells on sizes 24" and above

***please note for child size 20 and 22 inch bow is sewn on and not fixed with brooch pin, also, bells not included for safety reasons = small and sharp objects***

Waistband measurement and length of tutu for each size as follows:

Child 20" waist (approx age 2-3yrs) Length 7-8 inches

Child 22" waist (approx age 3-5 yrs) Length 8-9 inches

Child 24" waist (approx age 6-9 yrs) Length 9-10 inches

Child 26" waist (age 10-14 yrs) Length 10-11 inches

Small Ladies  8-12, length 11-12 inches (28" elastic comfortably stretches to 36")

Medium Ladies  14-18, length 12-13 inches (34" elastic comfortably stretches to 42")

Large Ladies  20-24, length 13-14 inches (38"elastic comfortably stretches to 50")
